Beeline is offering 1 GB of mobile data and 30 minutes of calls within Kazakhstan for 10 days, including calls to local numbers and incoming calls. The support package is available to Kazakh citizens in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Jordan, Oman, Lebanon, Israel, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
More limited terms from Tele2 and Altel
Despite the Qatari conglomerate Power International Holding owning the Tele2 and Altel brands in Kazakhstan, the two operators have restricted both the list of eligible countries and the duration of their offers.
Their free package is available only to Kazakhstanis located in Iran, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The offer includes 1 GB of mobile internet, 10 minutes of calls and 10 SMS messages valid for seven days.
